Unplanned absence:

When a student is unwell and unable to come to school, it is vital that parents/carers contact the school before 8.30am on the first day of absence by emailing absence@kingsbrook.org.uk or 

Calling: 01296 761401 and choosing option 1: Student Absence

This email should not be used to request Leave of Absence for a student.  Please see Google form link below.

Please email with your child's full name, form group and the reason why they are absent.

Please continue to email daily, by 8.30am, until your child is well enough to return to school.

Planned absence / Application for Leave of Absence:

Please complete the Google form, link below, for any planned absences that you would like to request from Mrs Selby, Assistant Headteacher. This form must be completed a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the absence.
